About Us
South Central is built on the foundation of my family’s legacyc - my father’s sacrifices, my grandmother’s strength, and my grandfather’s unfulfilled dream.
In 1984, my father worked at Modern Ice, selling ice cream to fund his education. He never stopped working, never stopped dreaming and that spirit fuels South Central today.
My grandfather, a chef at D.C. Bungalow and the Tourist Lodge, dreamed of opening his own restaurant. Grandpa, I hope I’m living that dream for you today.
